STEP 1 - Fill Out The Form

This is the most important step where you can select from all the different approved wrap designs & custom messages while giving us valuable information about your vehicle. You can choose between a partial wrap or full wrap. Partial wraps only work with white, silver & black vehicles where full wraps work best with vehicle colors that clash with the Home Instead Senior Care colors.

You will also be asked if you would like Design8 to locate a certified installer in your area. We will qualify the installer & negotiate the install price for you so you don’t have to waste your valuable time price shopping & qualifying a local installer.

STEP 2 – Receive Your Custom Proof & Price Quote

2-3 days after you submit the proof request form you’ll receive your custom proof and quote for your custom designed wrap. All franchises receives a Fleet Discount for the design and production of your graphics. If you have any concerns or would like to make any changes to the proof simply reply back by email or give us a call and we’ll make the requested adjustments and send you a new proof.

STEP 3 – Approve Your Design

Once we’ve perfected your layout, go online and submit your payment information and approval through the web portal with the quote number provided with the proof. Installation is not included in our pricing and you will pay the installer directly when you are satisfied with the installation.

Your wrap will go into production as soon as we receive approval and you can expect it to ship within 5-7 business days. When it ships we’ll email you the tracking number, information on what to do before taking your wrap into the installer and a care sheet for after the wrap has been installed. With proper care your vehicle wraps will last for 5-7 years without noticeable fade or deterioration of the graphics.

STEP 4 – Your Wraps Arrival

While your wrap is being produced we’ll be locating an installer and getting a quote if you’ve requested this service. We will negotiate pricing with the installer to a fair market price so you can rest assured you won’t be over paying or receiving inferior install work. Our goal is for you to have all the information you need for installation and care of your wrap in hand before the package arrives and we’re always here to answer questions.

STEP 5 – Drop Your Vehicle & Graphics Off At The Installer

Your wrap will ship via UPS and should arrive within 4 days of shipping. The wrap comes ready for installation. All you’ll need to do is make your appointment with the installer, drop off the vehicle and wrap for installation then pick up your vehicle when it is complete. You will pay the installer directly for the installation costs when you pick up your completed vehicle.
